The July/August 2020 Pennsylvania Gazette has an article "Penn and the Pandemic" which features Dr. David Barnes and Dr. Robert Aronowitz in a section called "History and Policy."  Dr. Aronowitz is under the subtitle "Health and the Body Politic" and Dr. Barnes is under the subtitle "Plagues and Peoples."
