Science and Society

This concentration is for students interested in the interface between scientific knowledge and modes of thinking and social, cultural and historical context.

These courses are already approved for this concentration. However, they should be seen as representative of the kinds of courses that would apply toward this concentration. Students may petition to have courses not listed here included in their Science and Society concentration. This concentration is geared toward students who are interested science in general or toward those interested in a particular science and its relationship to aspects of society.
