Current Projects of the HSOC SAB

  1. Create database of internships, activities, and opportunities abroad and make it available online as well
  2. Have faculty-student lunches for majors at Inn at Penn
  3. Organize HSOC senior social and other fun and social events for HSOC majors
  4. Invite faculty speakers to speak about interesting research projects, such as the Guatemala Health Initiative
  5. Mentor and advise freshmen and sophomores interested in HSOC during advance registration
  6. Sponsor or co-sponsor HSOC alumni to speak about career opportunities and experiences related to HSOC
  7. Publicize SAB activities through website development, monthly newsletters and other initiatives
